25th till the 27th of August 2006 - Pectoral Sandpiper at São Vicente River

From the 23rd till the 27th of August 2006 there was an adult, summer plumage, Pectoral Sandpiper (Calidris melanotos) resting at São Vicente River, in Madeira Island. This species is very rare in Madeira.
