What a seawatching day on Madeira sea!!! On a Madeira Wind Birds trip to Desertas today, the 13th of September 2007, was a surprising day in terms of petrels. Hundreds of Zino's and Fea's Petrels and dozens of Bulwer's Petrels on the way to and back from Deserta Grande. Some Cory's Shearwaters and a Sperm Whale where also seen. Unfortunately no Madeira-storm Petrel was observed. It really seems that summer is lasting a bit more in Madeira...
Can you distinguish one from another?!?
